 Furniture factory GOLD-APOLO is a 100 % private bulgarian production company with basic activity furniture and mattresses production. It is situated in the city of Ruse on the Danube riverside. Mission The company’s mission is to build up modern production for furniture manufacturing with optimal correlation between quality and price and achievement of high production and managerial capacity aiming to raise the competitiveness and to expand market share at home and abroad. Products The product list of furniture factory “Gold-Apolo” is widespread and highly varied as continuously enriched with new models. All furniture models have up to date design. They are functional, comfortable, ergonomic and made of ecological materials of high quality. The company offers complete and modular furnishing of your home- living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, kinder rooms, entrances and also office and hotel furnishing.     The company produces furniture made of melamine-faced chipboard with ABS edges as well there are variants with MDF profiles used, also sofas, living room suite, upholstery furniture- upholstered with artificial lather or high quality textile, folding sofas, mattresses (mainly with spring units of Bonell type and pocket springs). The furniture has optimal correlation between quality and design and reasonable price.
Costumers and trade net “Gold-Apolo” Ltd is aiming two market sectors: Home furniture - direct sales via own trade net of 14 company stores and over 70 furniture traders in most places of the country,Office and hotel furniture - Corporate clients- companies, organizations and contractors. With most of our corporate clients and traders we have long standing relationship dating from the start of the production of carcass furniture in 1999. At the end of year 2004 the company started the realization of a project for building up own trade net with the opening of the first furniture shop “Gold-Apolo” outside Ruse. Now the company has 14 furniture shops in the whole country.
Production and equipment The premises are improved and equipped with modern computer controlled machines of leading branch companies – HOMAG, BIESSE, HOLZ HER, WEEKE, etc    
Four separate productions are organized on a total area 50 000 sqm. Production of furniture made of melamine-faced chipboard. Production of upholstery furniture. Production of mattresses. Production of spring units Bonell type. History The two co-managers of established the company in 1994 beginning reselling second hand furniture. In 1996 they began to sell new furniture from Bulgarian producers. From 1999 they started chipboard furniture production for the needs of their own shops almost with no machines and a few workers. Since then the production has been enlarged to be one with the highest production capacity in Bulgaria with four separate modern productions and over 500 workers. Since end of year 2004 “Gold-Apolo” Ltd is the owner of one of first furniture factories in Bulgaria- “Karpati”, established 1927 and traditionally producing mattresses. Development In 2006 the company started up a new production line for big quantity chipboard production and mattresses. The production capacity was raised 2 times. This provides the performance of long-term contracts for large month quantities and constant quality. In 2007 is running a project for ISO 9000 certification.
